Chicken Lettuce Wraps Ingredients:​

  • 3 chicken tenders or one chicken breast; seasoned, cooked, and diced​
  • 1/2 pint of grape tomatoes diced​
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese (or cheese of your choice)​
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves​
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and diced
  • 4 Bibb lettuce leaves (or a lettuce of your choice)​
  • 1 jar of Ranch dressing​

Chicken Lettuce Wraps Directions:​

  1. Divide the chicken among the four lettuce leaves, then top with avocado, tomatoes, bacon, and Ranch dressing.​
  2. To eat, simply pick up the wrap like a taco, and enjoy!​
