DA MO Burger

Classic american burger

Ingredients:

2 lbs of fresh ground beef
1 sweet onion, chopped
6 slices monterey jack or pepper jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

combine ground beef, onion, salt and pepper, mix well
make patties from mixture
grill or fry to desired throughness
top with slice of cheese
add favorite condiments, bun and eat!!
