Italian Stallion Burgers edited

Ingredients:

1.5 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion grated
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2/3 cup tomato sauce
1 large egg
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 medium sliced vine ripe tomato
3/4 cup tomato sauce
6 slices mozzarella cheese
6 toasted whole wheat hamburger buns

Instructions:

Mix first 8 ingredients together in a bowl
Make into 6 equal patties
Grill over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F)
Place patties on toasted buns top with
tomato slice, mozzarella cheese and desired amount of tomato sauce.
