Ingredients:

1 ¼ lbs ground Turkey
1 large Egg
¼ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup of Milk
1 package of Stove Top Stuffing Mix (low Sodium)
1 can Whole Cranberry Sauce
6 Onion Rolls

Instructions:

In a medium bowl beat the egg with a fork.
Add the olive oil and milk, mix well.

In another bowl, empty stuffing mix and shake gently so that the spices settle to the bottom. Remove one cup of the bread pieces and save for future use. Crush the bread pieces by hand so there are no large pieces of bread.

Combine the stuffing to the egg mixture and mix well.

Put the turkey into the second bowl (this will soak up the seasoning that didn’t get added to the egg mixture). Add the stuffing mixture and cut it into the meat with fork until well mixed.

Form six burgers and set aside. Spray grill with cooking spray and grill over low coals. Cook 4-6 minutes on a side being careful not to burn them. You may want to turn them approximately every two minutes.

Cut the buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill. Place burger on one side of the bun. Cover the other side with the cranberry sauce (about ½ inch deep). Combine the halves and enjoy

1lb of lean ground turkey.
1/2 cup of mayo.
2 tablespoons whole cranberry sauce.
1 cup prepared turkey stuffing (like
stove top).
Salt and pepper to taste.
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce for topping.
4 dinner style hamburger rolls.

 

Instructions

mix mayo and cranberry sauce and set in fridge.
Prepare the stuffing as directed and set aside.
take ground turkey and add salt and pepper. Take the mayo mixture and mix it with the ground turkey. Add the stuffing and mix well. Form into approx.
4 1 and 1/2 inch burgers. Place back in fridge for approx. 15 minutes. Preheat grill to medium. Spray grill with cooking spray and place burgers on sprayed grill rack and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until done to your liking. Place on rolls and top each with remaining cranberry sauce.
