Burgers are a favorite menu item in our house. In an attemp to add variety I started making turkey burgers. I started by seasoning them in the same manner that I would a beef burger.

This burger was inspired by my love of Chinese food and my husband love of grilling. Once we had it and we both fell in love with it. It’s a get merger.
I created this burger as an alternative to beef. Since we live in Texas, I incorporated some of the Southwest flavors of this fine state.
This "burger" is sooo good you will not believe it is healthier with less fat. It is super and even snoopy husbands and kids will eat it!
The explosion of flavors are apparent in the first bite of this delicious creation.
