My first memory of experiencing “fine dining” at a restaurant was a moist duck breast paired with fruit.
I took a favorite recipe of mine and basically food processed the entire thing. It's a unique spin on other "poultry" type burgers. It's rich and tangy and smooth and glorious tasting.
A moist duck burger is topped with honey plum sauce & Napa cabbage and is served on warm Moo Shoo pancakes.
