This burger is a unique version of the traditional brie en croute served with apple slices.
I am originally French Canadian but I've lived in Europe and all over America. Living now in New Mexico, I have fallen in love with the earthy and richly regional flavors of this state.
I fell in love with chicken Marsala at a very young age. I also have a deep passion for Grilling and I needed a way to combine the two.

Chicken patties are a favorite to grill as an alternative to a beef burger. My chicken patty creation is nicely seasoned with fresh basil, onion, garlic and Sutter Home White Merlot.
The inspiration for these burgers comes from my fond memory of a favorite aunt who used to refer to other women her age who dressed "with airs" as "mutton dressed as lamb"!
