Wine Cocktail: Rainbow’s End

3 oz. Sutter Home Chenin Blanc
1/2 oz. strawberry liqueur
1/2 oz. lime juice
3 mint sprigs
Grapefruit soda
In a shaker, add mint, lime, and strawberry liqueur. Muddle. Add wine and ice. Shake gently. Strain into a tulip glass over crushed ice. Top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a big mint sprig.
