The Easiest Chicken Cobbler Recipe

After a holiday season full of cooking, it’s time to settle back with a simple, one-pan option.

Whether you pick up a rotisserie chicken from the store or use leftovers from dinner, Sutter Home has the perfect solution: The Easiest Chicken Cobbler.

What You Need:

  • 1 9″x13″ pan
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (divided)
  • 1 package frozen vegetables
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ¼ cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups milk

What To Do:

  1. Spread the shredded chicken evenly in the pan.
  2. Pour melted butter over the chicken. Do not stir.
  3. Mix the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, then pour the mixture into the pan. Do not stir.
  4. Spread the frozen vegetables on top. Do not stir.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix Bisquick and milk. Add garlic and onion powder to taste.
  6. Pour the Bisquick mixture evenly over the pan. Do not mix.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the center is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
