Ingredients:

• 4 oz. Sutter Home Chardonnay
• 2 oz. soda water
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• 1/4 lemon, juiced

Directions:

Combine Sutter Home Chardonnay, soda water and simple syrup in a wine glass. Add a splash of lemon juice. Garnish with a lemon slice.
