Sauvignon Blanc Pistachio Cocktail Ingredients:
- 3 ounces Sutter Home Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 3.4-ounce package of Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounce crushed pistachio
- 1 strawberry for garnish
Sauvignon Blanc Pistachio Cocktail Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix pudding powder and coconut milk. Whisk until liquid is smooth and there are no clumps.
- In a cocktail shaker, add Sutter Home Sauvignon Blanc, pistachio mixture, and ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- To rim glass, add simple syrup to a small, shallow dish and crushed pistachio to another small, shallow dish. Dip rim of the glass into simple syrup and then into crushed pistachio.
- Pour shaken cocktail into the glass and garnish with a strawberry.
