1 lemon juiced
T thyme
T garlic
tt salt
tt pepper
8oz goat cheese
Instructions
mix the ground beef with the sirlion mix in the thyme, lemon juice, salt pepper then mix well form patties then top one patty with goat cheese and then top with another patty and close seem then grill to your liking use what ever kinda of bread you wish it goes with anything kaiser, potato, sourdough
