Our Sutter Home Red & White Christmas Carol Cocktail Has Everyone Singing
Bring some joy to your cup this holiday season with our Red & White Christmas Carol Cocktail. Using a red Cabernet Spritzer base, a frothy vanilla crème top, and a garnish of pomegranate and mint, this cocktail is a great way to get anyone into the Christmas spirit. Mix it up for your holiday guests, or simply enjoy it on your own. Whatever you do, be prepared to start caroling away as you are filled with Christmas cheer.
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 1/3 Cups Ginger Beer
- 1 1/3 Cups Sutter Home Cabernet
- 6 Teaspoons Maraschino Cherry Juice
- Rosemary Sprigs or Mint Sprigs to Garnish
- 1 Cup Cool Whip
Directions
- Fill four glasses with ice; add 1/3 cup Cabernet and 1/3 cup ginger beer to each glass.
- Add 1 1/2 teaspoons Maraschino Cherry Juice to each glass. Stir to combine.
- Finish with a dollop of cool whip and garnish with rosemary or mint sprigs, then top with maraschino cherries (if desired).
