Morgan’s Bliss Burger
Wine Varietal: Merlot
Ingredients
1 lb.ground chuck
2Tbs. minced onions,
1Tbs. parsley,
1 Tbs. mayo,
1Tbs. ketchup,
one half cup grated cheddar cheese,
one egg.
Whole wheat buns,
lettuce,
tomato,
onion,
mayo,
mustard,
bacon strips crisply cooked
Instructions
Mix together ground chuck, onions,parsley, mayo, ketchup, cheese, and egg. Mix gently til combined. Form into patties. Grill til done as preferred. Spread mayo and mustard on buns, put lettuce, tom., onions, bacon slices and patties on buns. Enjoy!
