Wine Varietal: Merlot
Ingredients
3 lbs. ground beef
2 tbs. Sutter Home Merlot
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 slices center cut bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Blend the beef the seasonings and shape into 8 patties. Make a little divet in each pattie and spoonful of crumbled bacon. Cover it up and grill it on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side, turning carefully.
