Fruit Infusions Piña Colada
Wine Varietal: Tropical Pineapple
- ½ cup cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 5-6 frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 ½ cups ice
- 8 oz of Sutter Home Tropical Pineapple Fruit Infusions
- 2 fresh pineapples, remove the middle (leave room at the bottom)
- Place cream of coconut, lime juice, frozen pineapple, ice, and Sutter Home Tropical Pineapple Fruit Infusions into a blender. Puree until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into pineapple cups and serve immediately.
