Fruit Infusions Piña Colada​

Wine Varietal: Tropical Pineapple

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 5-6 frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • 8 oz of Sutter Home Tropical Pineapple Fruit Infusions​
  • 2 fresh pineapples, remove the middle (leave room at the bottom)​​

Instructions:

  1. Place cream of coconut, lime juice, frozen pineapple, ice, and Sutter Home Tropical Pineapple Fruit Infusions into a blender. Puree until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into pineapple cups and serve immediately.
