A Spritzer Spin on Grandma’s Rhubarb

A Spritzer Spin on Grandma’s Rhubarb

Strawberry Rhubarb Spritzer

You may remember rhubarb from such famous hits as “Grandma’s State Fair Prize-Winning Pie” and “Uncle Joe’s Secret Family Custard.” Next time you meet up with your clan, you’ll be able to show them a fresh take on rhubarb. This recipe features our bouncy Sutter Home Bubbly Brut, with a bit of strawberry rhubarb simple syrup, to unite us all in a multigenerational cheers to an original taste. Aside from the bubbly, all you’ll need is a couple of fresh fruit slices – no muddling necessary! To make the simple syrup, you’ll combine the tart and tangy taste of rhubarb with the sweetness of plump, juicy strawberries. Once you’ve gathered these timeless classics together, you’re ready to make all-new sweet memories with your very own Strawberry Rhubarb Spritzer.
