Ingredients:

2 1/4lbs. ground beef 80/20
2 Tlbs. Worcestershire Sause
3 Tlbs. melted butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1 teas. salt
1 teas. black pepper
6 slices deli ham
6 slices deli genoa salami
6 slices deli cuban pork
6 slices swiss cheese
3 large tomatos sliced 1/4″ thick
18 hamburger sliced dill pickles
6 leaf’s green leaf lettuce ( rinsed & dryed)
6 bakery style hamburger buns
1/2 stick butter (room temp.)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup mustard
non stick spray

Instructions:

Combine hamburger meat, worcestershire sauce, 3 Tlbs.melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper together in large mixing bowl and mix well. Then divide into 6 equal patties. Pre heat grill on medium high heat, meanwhile mix mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl and set aside. Butter buns with the 1/2 stick of butter and set aside. Once grill is hot lay each slice of ham, salami and pork on grill for one minute on each side. Remove to plate for later use. Spray a grill proof frying pan with non stick spray, and place on grill add tomatoes and sautee in pan for 2 -3 minutes on each side then remove and set aside for later use. In same pan add pickles, and sautee for 3-4 minutes. Remove for later use. Place patties on heated grill over medium high heat, and grill 4 – 6 minutes on each side. While burgers are grilling, place buns butter side down on grill for two minutes, then remove to serving plate. Spread one tablespoon of mayo/mustard spread onto bottom bun, then place patty on , then add cheese ontop of patty, then one slice each ham, pork, salami. Then add two slices of tomato, 3 pickles, and one leaf of lettuce. Spread a heaping tablespoon of mayo/mustard spread on top buttered side of bun and place on top.

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork
2 tablespoon annato seed
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves of gralic
1/3cup of onion salt 
pepper to taste
8 slices of pickles
8 slices of boiled ham
8 slices of swiss chesse
4 cuban bread
mayo and mustard to taste

 

Instructions

NOTE:WHEN SETTING UP GRILL ON ONE SIDE COVER WITH FOIL TO USE AT THE END WHEN PRESSING SANDWICH SO BREAD DOES NOT BURN!! In small suacepan heat olive oil over medium high heat, once hot, add annato seed. Let stand for about one minute so the annato seed can release it color. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes and then strain. Place finished product into blender and add garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Pulse two to three times. In large bowl add ground pork and above mixture until combined, but DO NOT OVER MIX. Form patties should get four nice sized patties. Grill patties until juices run clear about five to six minutes a side. Once done remove from grill. Take bread and slice it open spread mayo on one side and mustard on the other then place chesse, then pickles, silced boiled ham ,then patty, put other piece of bread and place back on grill with a brick or something heavy to help form a crust on bread one to two minutes a side and serve.
