Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
1 lb ground meat
season with:
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tps garlic salt
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
5 oz diced tomatos & green chilies
sliced Pepper Jack cheese
avocado slices
Kaiser Rolls
Instructions
Add seasonings and green chilis then cook the meat approximately 11 minutes over medium heated coals. Just before removing from heat add sliced cheese. Toast buns with fresh butter. Add meat and avocado slices to have your self a great burger.
