Zesty Asian Burger
Wine Varietal: White Zinfandel
Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs ground beef
12 tbs super chunk peanut butter
6 tbs sour cream
2 tbs fresh lime juice
2 tbs. Sutter Home White Zinfadel
8 tsps. soy sauce
4 tbs fresh chopped coriander
4 tbs. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil. Combine peanut butter, sour cream, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 4 teaspoons soy sauce and wine. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl combine ground beef, 4 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice, coriander, ginger and red pepper flakes. Form into patties and place patties on grill and cook until desired level of doneness. Remove from grill and place on whole wheat toasted buns and top with peanut sauce and lettuce.
