Wine Varietal: Pinot Noir
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1/8 cup mustard
1 tablespoon of each of the following:
onion, minced green pepper, minced mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
season salt
season pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, using your hands. Make four patties. Place on grill over coals that are white, and very hot. Brown on one side, then flip and brown on other side. Take foil and cover burgers to finish up cooking through.
