What a great burger

Ingredients

2 lbs of extra lean hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 tbsp zesty italian dressing
8 slices mozzarella

Instructions

Mix first 3 ingredience together. Make 2 small patties and place a slice of mozzarella in center. Be sure ends are tucked inside of burger and not hanging out. Place one burger on top with cheese in center. Pinch sides together and place on grill. Grill to each persons taste…….Place on Soft Rolls and serve with wine. This makes 8 burgers.
