Wine Varietal: Zinfandel
Ingredients
1.5lbs ground sirloin
2 Tbl. mayo
1Tbl. grey poupon
4 shakes worcestershire sauce
1 Tbl. powerded garlic bread seasoning
Instructions
in a large mixing bowl, take ground sirloin and mix together all of above ingredients. I use this recipe to make 3 large burgers, which i broil at 400ºF to perfection.
