Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped onion
2oz red wine
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
mix first four ingredients by hand until well mixed. fold in blue cheese. serve on toasted bun with blue cheese dressing on top inner side of bun and mustard on bottom inner side of bun. [may add lettuce and/or tomato, no pickle] serve with favorite beverage.
