TOASTED BURGER
Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
8 slices of bacon
1 vidalia onion sliced thick
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lb ground sirloin
2 tsp salt & pepper divided
2 tlbs worcestershire sauce
3 tlbs seasoned bread crumbs
1 large egg beaten
2 tlbs good ketchup
8 slices of texas toast bread
4 slices monteray jack cheese
Instructions
1. cook bacon in saute pan remove when done save 3 tsp of liuqoid 2.saute onions in saved grease. 3. meanwhile mix beef,1tlbs salt,pepper,2tlbs worcestershire sauce,bread crumbs,egg,ketchup. devide mixture into 4 patties place on grill till done to likness. 4.brush olive oil on outside of bread and place on grill till toasted. 5.add mayo, lettuce, burger,onions ,bacon, cheese,mayo,bread 6.eat with garlic fries and a glass of SUTTER HOMES SAUVIGNON.
