Ground Beef
Onions (chopped)
Feta Cheese
Roasted red peppers (chopped)
Flat leaf parsley (minced)
Salt/Pepper
Italian Rolls
White American cheese
Baby Spinach
Instructions
Add Ground beef, onions, feta cheese, and red peppers, salt and black pepper into a large mixing bowl. Combine. Press Ground Beef mixture into patties. Grill 4-5 minutes each side until you reach desired doneness. Cut Italian rolls in half, place a pattie in each roll with desired amount of American cheese and baby spinach. Enjoy.
