Ingredients

- AIOLI INGREDIENTS: 1. 2 Cups cilantro leaves 2. 1/2 Cup mint leaves 3. 2 tablespoons fresh dill 4. 4 garlic cloves, peeled 5. 1 tablespoon ground cumin 6. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 7. 1/2 Cup plain yogurt 8. 1/2 Cup mayo 9. Salt to taste
Instructions
- Burger: 1. Combine all the ingredients 1-15 in a small bowl 2. Mix well and form 6 regular sized burgers 3. Fire up the grill on medium heat 4. Cook burgers on each side for about 6 minutes – adjust cooking time based on your preference of how you want your burger cooked 5. Once desired burger temperature is reached, remove from grill and let it sit for 5 minutes so all the juices will settle in 6. Place on bun and top with ingredients Aioli: 7. Combine all the ingredients (1-9) in a food processor and puree until a smooth consistency 8. Set aside and top burger with aioli
