2 tablespoon of favorite grill seasoning. I prefer Montreal seasoning
Heavy duty foil 2 sheets about 12Ó long
Instructions
Preheat grill to 350-375 degrees.
Start with adding ground beef to a medium sized bowl. Add grill seasoning and
Worcestershire sauce. Mix well using hands.
Divide meat into 6 portions. Form each portion into patties using hands or a burger form covered in plastic wrap to prevent sticking. Set aside
Slice onion, set aside.
Clean portabellas mushrooms and remove stems. Slice mushrooms with a wider slice than the onions, set aside
Using heavy duty foil to create a packet by laying the foil sheet in opposite direction forming a cross. In the center of the foil add sliced onions, mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/2 pack of dry brown gravy mix and a 1/4 Cup of water. Fold edges together sealing tight to prevent leaking or dripping.
Once the grill is cleaned and hot, place the 6 patties and the foil packet on the grill. Close lid to bring the grill back up to temp.
Grill 5-7 mins per side until the desired wellness of the burger is achieved.
Once the burgers have been flipped top each burger with a slice of Swiss cheese. Next add the brioche bun openen side facing down on the grate allowing
to cook 4-5 min.
Once the buns are done smash the clove of garlic with back of the knife cracking open the clove. Rub both sides of the bun with the garlic clove.
Remove foil packet from grill and give it a good shake before opening. slice the top of the packet allowing the ingredients to cook slightly.
Assemble the burger:
Spread mayo on the heal of the bun then top it with the burger.
On top of the cheese spoon the mushroom mixture over the burger. Spred mayo on the top bun then place on top of burger. Enjoy!
