Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350-375 degrees.

- Worcestershire sauce. Mix well using hands.

- Slice onion, set aside.
- Clean portabellas mushrooms and remove stems. Slice mushrooms with a wider slice than the onions, set aside
- Using heavy duty foil to create a packet by laying the foil sheet in opposite direction forming a cross. In the center of the foil add sliced onions, mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/2 pack of dry brown gravy mix and a 1/4 Cup of water. Fold edges together sealing tight to prevent leaking or dripping.
- Once the grill is cleaned and hot, place the 6 patties and the foil packet on the grill. Close lid to bring the grill back up to temp.
- Grill 5-7 mins per side until the desired wellness of the burger is achieved.
- Once the burgers have been flipped top each burger with a slice of Swiss cheese. Next add the brioche bun openen side facing down on the grate allowing
- to cook 4-5 min.
- Once the buns are done smash the clove of garlic with back of the knife cracking open the clove. Rub both sides of the bun with the garlic clove.
- Remove foil packet from grill and give it a good shake before opening. slice the top of the packet allowing the ingredients to cook slightly.
- Assemble the burger:
- Spread mayo on the heal of the bun then top it with the burger.
- On top of the cheese spoon the mushroom mixture over the burger. Spred mayo on the top bun then place on top of burger. Enjoy!
