The Fiery Winegur
Ingredients
- For one burger it would be
- 36oz of ground beef
- About 24, 1/4 inch cubes of sharp cheddar
- 3/4 Cup of red wine
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Topping
- 6 slice romaine lettuce
- 6 slice tomato
- 6 slice sharp cheddar
- Sauce
- 12 teaspoon of ketchup
- 6 teaspoon of hot sauce
- 6
- teaspoon of red wine
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Put ground beef in bowl season with salt, pepper
- 2. Add in wine and cheese cubes
- 3. Mix all ingredients together and make a Patty shape
- 4. Burger should be about 2 inches thick
- 5. Sear burger in a hot pan, on a grill or on a flat top 3-4 minutes each side until medium rare or to your liking
- 6. Add a minute to each side to how well you like your burger
- 7. About a minute before the burger is done toast the buns
- 8. Then put the burger on the bun
- 9. Layer the cheese first so it melts slightly
- 10. Then layer lettuce and tomato
- 11. Take all the sauce ingredients and put into a bowl
- 12. Mix well
- 13. Spoon the sauce on the top bun and then put the bun on top of the burger
