Wine Varietal: Pinot Noir

Ingredients

1lb. ground beef
1lb. ground turkey
1 small onion
1 tomato
1 cucumber quarter cup if minced
garlic
dash of salt
dash of pepper
half a cup of crumbled blue cheese
quarter cup of blueberries
* BBQ sauce
* can of beer
* Dijon mustard
* romaine lettuce
* tomato
* sour cream
* traditional condiments

 

Instructions

Take veggies and chop chop chop, mix with garlic, salt and pepper. Mix in beef and turkey, after all ingredients are mixed take and stir in the blue cheese. puree the blueberries and mix into the burgey mix. Grill the burgers until about med, then take a beer (your choice) and your favorite BBQ sauce and mix together then baste the burgers. Using an egg bun spread Dijon mustard, place romaine lettuce and a tomato on bottom half then place burgey on top and top it off with a dollop of sour cream and sweet relish. ketchup, mayo and other condiments should be available for other taste buds.
