Tasty Beef Burger

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef 2 tablespoons
Grey Poupon mustard
2 tablespoons Colanita olive Oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoons garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of hot sauce

Instructions

Mix together beef, mustard, olive oil, oregano, garlic, pepper and salt. Form into 4 patties. Preheat grill to medium hot. Grill patties until no longer pink, about 15 minutes on each side. Brush buns with olive oil and place on grill to brown. Serve with lettuce,tomato, onion, pickle and avocado slices. Serve with Kettle chips on the side.
