Swiss & Mushroomer
- A little spread of mayo, thin slice of sauteed portabella mushroom (the large kind) and a thin slice of swiss cheese.
- Cook 6 patties of ground turkey burger (I use a George Foreman grill).
- Place on 6 buns with a slice of sauteed mushroom and slice of Swiss.
- Put it all back in the hot grill for 15 seconds.
