Sun Dried Tomato Burgers
Wine Varietal: Chenin Blanc
Ingredients
1 lb. angus ground beef
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes julienne cut in oil
1/2 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
1/3 cup finley chopped onion
2 TBS freshley chopped basil
2 TBS worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 large hamburger buns
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together draining oil off of tomatoes. Form into 4 equal patties. Grill over medium pre-heated grill until desired doneness. Serve on buns with favorite condiments.
