Summer Fruit Burgers

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
4 oz Sutter Home Moscato wine
1/2 plantain; diced
1 mango; diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
fresh basil to taste
canola oil pan spray

Instructions

Combine wine and hamburger, let sit for 1 hour. Add plantain, mango and cilantro to hamburger and work together with hands until well combined. Form into patties. Spray grill or pan with canola spray and sprinkle each side of the burger with basil. Cook as desired.
