Sugar Ray Chardonnay
Ingredients
- 1/4 Pound lean beef
- 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Half of one white onion
- Mushrooms, sliced
- 6 Slices Swiss cheese
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Specialty mustard (you know the one… or ask your butler)
- 1 Teaspoon caviar
Instructions
- 1. Blend burgers with Worcestershire sauce 2. Add salt and pepper and chopped onions to taste 3. Grill burger to medium rare (or as desired) 4. Flip and place, then melt cheese 5. Saute mushrooms in Sutter Home Chardonnay and butter, then add to bun 6. Top patty with avocado, condiments, cold caviar, and top of bun
