Instructions

coat the bottom of a skillet with olive oil, add minced garlic, and diced white onion sautee until onions are translusent, and then add fresh spinach leafs stir to combine. cook only to heat spinach. make two hamburger pattys, with turkey burger season with salt and pepper and seasoning salt. Use one patty and top with spinach miture and then top with other patty and close sides around it. grill unit turkey is done top with feta cheese a slice of tomato and brown spicy mustard, placed on a toasted kaiser bun.
