Stephy Burger

Ingredients

3 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small red onion
1 mango
1 jalapeno
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 avocado
1 lime
6 kaiser rolls

Instructions

Mix together the ground beef, salt, and pepper and form into patties and brush with olive oil, grill on medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side. Now dice up the red onion, mango, jalapeno, and cilantro and mix it together and set it aside. Take the mayonnaise and mix in the avocado and juice of the lime nad spread it on the top half of the roll. Now take the salsa mix and place it on the mayonnaise. When the burger is done place it on the bottom half of the bun and place top half on it and enjoy!!
