Spicy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground turkey
1 egg
2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 jalapeno, chopped and seeded
2 tsps garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

Combine turkey through cayenne. Mix in bread crumbs a little at a time so that mixture is not too moist and will hold a patty shape. Form into 4 patties. Grill to desired doneness.
