- 1/2 Poundmozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1.4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Mix cheese and other ingredients into beef. Shape into patties and cook on grill to taste.
