Southern Rainbow

Ingredients

1 tea spoon season meat tenderizer
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon broil steak season
1 tablespoon Grey Poupon mustard
2 oz. Sutter Home merlot
1/2 tea spoon apple cider
1/8 tea spoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 tea spoon white pepper
1/2 red, green,yellow bell peppers finely chopped.
1 pound lean ground beef

Instructions

Combine Lean hamburger with all ingredients and mix well. Make into large patties 1/2 inch thick appox 6 inch around. Cook till med or well done. Place on large bun buttered and browned on grill. Cover with slice of tomato, red onion, mustard,ketchup,pickle, lettuce. Salt and pepper to taste
