Ingredients
- 6 Ciabatta rolls
- 1/2 Cup Spanish olive oil
- 8 Ounces Spanish olive tapenades
- 2 Pounds ground chuck, 80 percent lean
- 8 Ounces manchego cheese, grated
- 6 Ounces chorizo, finely chopped
- 1/4 Pound jamon iberico, thinly sliced
- 8 Ounces piquillo peppers, roasted
Instructions
- 1. Preheat grill to medium-high 2. Slice ciabatta rolls and brush cut sides with olive oil, and grill lightly 3. Spread tapenade on cut sides of rolls 4. Finely chop chorizo and combine with ground beef and manchego cheese to form into 6 patties 5. Grill 4 minutes per side 6. Place patties on roll bottoms 7. Lightly grill jamon iberico slices and place on patties 8. Slice peppers and place on patties 9. Place the top of the roll on and enjoy!
