Sizzlin Sweet Burgers
Wine Varietal: Pinot Noir
Ingredients
two lbs of ground chuck
1/2 cup of Crystal brown sugar
4 tablespoons catsup
American cheese slices
sesame hamburger buns
Mustard
Instructions
Mix the ground chuck, brown sugar, and 4 tablespoons of catsup well and shape into eight patties. Grill over charcoal fire until medium to well done. Just before burgers are to come off the grill, top each with a slice of American cheese. Take patties from grill and place in warmed sesame hamburger buns. Garnish with catsup and mustard.
