Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 T Cream Cheese salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
8-12 thin slices texas toast
pepper jack cheese
thinly sliced red onion (if desired)
thinly sliced beefsteak tomato
Ketchup
pickles (if desired)
1 leaf iceburg lettuce

Instructions

combine first four ingredients form into 4-6 patties grill until done. build up like a regular hamburger I personally use all of the ingredients.
