savory fruit and nut burgers
Wine Varietal: White Merlot
Ingredients
1 1/2 ground sirlion
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 tsp oregano
1 tbls crushed garlic
6 whole wheat buns
Instructions
In a large bowl mix ground sirlion, raisins, pine nuts, oregano and garlic. Form into 6 patties. Grill on medium heat 20-25 minutes. Serve on whole wheat buns.
