  • 4 Brioche buns
  • 4 Slices gruyere
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 Jalapenos, seeded
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • . Red onion
  • 3 Cloves garlic
  • 3 Tomatillo
  • . Cup cilantro
  • 3 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • . Tablespoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Mayo, to taste
  • 2 Pounds ground turkey
  • . Cup panko
  • 1 Teaspoons oregano
  • 1 Egg
  • . Tablespoons salt
  • . Cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • For Burger: 1. In a bowl mix together ground turkey, oregano, egg, panko, salt, pepper, chopped cilantro, minced garlic 2. Take wax paper and lay flat 3. Make into patties and lay on wax paper 4. Take a second piece of wax paper and press down to flatten For Salsa: 5. Chop pineapple into .-inch pieces 6. Chop tomatoes into .-inch pieces 7. Chop red onion into .-inch pieces 8. Chop tomatillo into .-inch pieces 9. Chop garlic finely 10. Chop jalapeno finely 11. Chop cilantro finely 12. Add in spices: cumin, salt, pepper, (optional dash of cayenne to make it spicy), and add red wine vinegar 13. Grill burgers on grill for 4 minutes each side 14. Top burger with mayo, patty, gruyere cheese, pineapple salsa a. You can toast or grill bun for extra crunch: i. On stove top cook on each side at medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes ii. Top the same

Ingredients

2 Lbs. ground chuck
1 sweet white onion
1 can smoked fire tomatoes
2 fresh jalapeno's
2 bunches of cilantrio
2 head's of Romaine lettuce
Small jar mayonnaise
1/4 tbsp each Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
6 thick slices of PepperJack cheese
6 Kaiser rolls

 

Instructions

1. Finely chop onion 2. finley chop pepper removing center 3. open can of tomatoes, keeping sauce and chop tomatoes 4. finley chop cilantrio and place into 2 piles 5. in large bowl all all above ingredients (reserve one pile of cilantrio, along with the ground chuck,salt and pepper, mix until blended, don't overmix 6. makes 6 large patties and place on heated grill to cook 7. while meat is cooking blend mayo and reserved cilantrio and place in refrigerator 8. toast kaiser rolls before slicing to make outside krispy and inside stays soft. 9. When burgers are finished, place cheese slice on burger and remove to plate, cover with foil for about 5 minutes to melt cheese and so juice of meat and swim around, slice rolls, place mayo on rolls with a nice piece of romaine lettuce place burger and ENJOY!!
