Red Wine Burgers

Ingredients

4 medium onions, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 cup of your favorite Sutter Home red wine
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

Saute onions in butter until just browned. Mix with remaioning ingredients; form into patties. Grill until done. Serve on your favorite onion roll, hamburger bun or croissant.
