Potato Chip Bison
- 6 Bison burger
- potato chips, handful
- havarti cheese, 6 slices
- tomato slices, 12
- lettuce, iceberg, 6-12 leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 white buns with sesame seeds
- On a skillet cook 3 bison burgers at medium at a time, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste,
- rare, then add havarti cheese, until melted or bison is medium rare.
- Put together, bottom bun with lettuce and tomatoes, bison burger and handful of potato chips, with top bun. Crush the chips by laying your hand on top on burger.
