Porky Beef Burger

Ingredients

1 pound of ground round
1/4 pound of mild ground pork sausage
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 cup of Pecan Bar B Que sauce
Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns
1 cup of chopped cabbage
1/4 cup of sweet pickle relish
1 T. of mustard
2 T. of mayo

Instructions

Combine first 4 ingredients. Shape mixture into 5 patties 1/3 thick. Grill outside with covered lid Next mix chopped cabbage, sweet pickle relish, mustard and mayonaise. Mix and keep cool. When hamburgers are done place meat and a heaping spoon of the cole slaw unto the meat and place in the seseme hamburger bun. Enjoy.
