Ingredients
- Six 80/20 beef burgers
- Six singles slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- Two zucchini squash, sliced and roasted in broiler oven
- With olive oil and cracked pepper
- Two beefsteak tomatoes, sliced thin
- One red onion, sliced thin
- Garlic mayonnaise, half a jar
- Two tins anchovies
- Two hard boiled eggs, sliced
- Fresh mango fruit, sliced in fingers
- Blue cheese crumbles, mixed with the mustard
