pineapple zin burger

Ingredients

1 fresh pineapple
1/2 cup sutterhome white zinfindal wine
1/2 cup ground butter (salted) pretzels
1 egg(beatened)
1lb lean ground beef
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

slice pineapple and place in a flat container and pour wine in (to marinate) chill for 1 hour. then in a large bowl mix remaining ingredients. pour 1/4 cup of wine off of pineapple slices into the burger mixture and gentally mix. grill over an open flame until desired wellness is acheived.grill pineapple slices at the same time.
